The newly transformed Disneyland Hotel is now a vacation destination in and of itself. Delight in the sleek, ultra-modern design at every turn. Located just steps from the Downtown Disney District, this hotel is a short stroll to both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

Dinner is on us! And breakfast and lunch.

Every 5er gets Per Diem for any meal during Venture not provided by Studio 5. All three meals are covered on your arrival day as well as breakfast and lunch for your departure day. Please remember to keep your receipts and upload them with the Navan app!

  • Travel Day & Pre-Launch Party

    Travel in comfort and style! Once you check into the hotel, you’ll have the perfect opportunity to unwind and recharge before dinner.

    Join us for our Pre-Launch Party on the Adventure Lawn of the Disneyland Hotel. We’ll indulge in a laid-back evening filled with delicious food as we reconnect, enjoy each other’s company, and kick off our exciting adventure together.

  • Dress comfortably and stylishly! In the morning, please wear business casual attire. In the afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to change into your Venture Tee, which we’ll proudly wear during our Team Experience on Tuesday.

    Experience

    After we kick off the day with our opening session and wrap up the State of the Business session and lunch, we’ll receive detailed instructions for our team experience on Tuesday afternoon. This exciting adventure will involve exploring Disneyland Park in teams, with a fun mission to complete along the way!

    Dinner

    After our park exploration, each participant will receive a $50 Disneyland gift card to use for dinner. You’ll then have free time to continue enjoying the park until it closes at 10:00p, so make the most of Disney’s magic!

  • Think casual business casual! And maybe a sweater because AC does run cold.

  • Dress in your best casual attire during the day!

    Celebration Dinner

    Join us in the enchanting Sleeping Beauty Ballroom at the Disneyland Hotel for an unforgettable evening filled with laughter and celebration as we wrap up a week of learning and building meaningful connections. We’ll take time to recognize individual achievements and unveil the esteemed recipient of the prestigious Golden Swan Award. Don’t hesitate to don your favorite fancy outfit and add some stylish accessories for this special occasion!

    Final Team Experience

    After dinner, prepare for an exciting final team experience led by Adam and Ben. This engaging adventure will involve mystery, intriguing accusations, collaborative problem-solving, and, of course, laughter, making it a fantastic way to conclude our time together.
